Ping patch

This patch adds the "-e" flag to ping, which makes ping exit as soon as an error is encountered. This can be used e.g. to monitor a host and execute a command as soon as it goes down. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to contact the maintainer of ip-utils, so the patch isn't included in the official release.
